Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Teacher based in Pune City. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to various age groups. They will create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment, oversee classroom activities, foster social and emotional development, and maintain regular communication with parents or guardians to provide updates on children’s progress.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for early education.
• Proven expertise in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching methodologies.
• Excellent Communication skills to foster engagement with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create inclusive and innovative learning experiences that support the development of young learners.
• Previous teaching experience in early education is preferred.
• Certification or a degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is highly desirable.
