Role Overview

As a Preschool Teacher at Early Learning Village, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with the IEYC framework.

You will create a safe, warm, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. The role requires creativity, strong observation skills, effective collaboration with educators, and clear communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
• Create a warm, safe, and joyful classroom environment
• Support children’s overall growth and development
• Observe and encourage each child’s learning progress
• Promote positive behaviour and social interaction
• Collaborate effectively with teachers and the academic team
• Communicate regularly with parents and families
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom
• Participate in training sessions and professional development programs

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a preschool or early learning centre
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning
• Familiarity with IEYC or other international early years curricula is preferred
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with young children and creating meaningful learning experiences
