Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success forthe entire organisation
• Specifying and prioritising market and product requirements, feature sets, and key-positioning and messaging elements
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Curating, communicating, and managing a long-term product roadmap
• Analysing external and internal data to identify gaps and opportunities
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multipledepartments
• Appraise new product ideas and strategise appropriate to-market plans
• Developing internal and external product training plans
• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams ofthe company
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’resuccessfully achieved.
• To communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants.

Who can apply

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout itslifecycle
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectivelycommunicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience insoftware development and web technologies
