• Lead a team of Education Counsellors and drive sales for the organisation for allocated centres Able to manage people, train and guide them as and when required to optimise sales targets
• Efficient Lead Management with optimum utilisation of new leads
• Optimum lead nurture and ensuring the sales metrics lie within the company designed benchmarks
• Optimizing the process to ensure the right expectation setting with the lead and onboarding the customer to the Oh Family
• Ensuring an ethical and clean sales culture within the team

Skills Required :

• Sharp with Data and able to derive basic analysis. Comfortable with Excel/Google Spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills
• Customer knowledge is preferable
• Solid Team Management and people management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹550,000.00 – ₹650,000.00 per year
