We are looking for a highly qualified and seasoned regional trainer with a track record in luxury or retail. The ideal applicant would be well-versed in training procedures and have a track record of success in product training. Formal credentials in training program design and delivery, such as the Instructional Design Certification, Train the Trainer, or CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance), are required for this profession.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Product Training: Create and present comprehensive training courses that highlight the features, advantages, and USPs of the various product lines. Make sure store staff members are ready to provide outstanding customer service.
• Brand Education: Conduct training sessions on the brand’s identity, beliefs, and history to make sure that every employee represents company in a consistent and genuine manner.
• Sales Techniques: Offer training on cutting-edge sales strategies designed specifically for the luxury industry, emphasizing the development of long-term client relationships, engaging high-end consumers, and closing deals.
• New Product Launches: Plan and carry out training sessions for the introduction of new products, making sure that retail staff members are knowledgeable, equipped, and eager to market them.
• Field Visits: Make frequent trips to retail sites in the area to give on-the-job training, solicit feedback, and make sure that brand guidelines are being followed.
• Cooperation: To determine training needs and develop specialized programs, partner together with store managers, regional managers, and the corporate training team.
• Reporting: Keep thorough records of all training exercises, participant development, and evaluations. Provide senior management thorough reporting on training results.
