Role: Corporate Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and implement thorough training curricula for a range of mutual fund sector positions.
• Provide interesting training materials and tools that go over product knowledge, industry rules, and financial ideas.
• Conduct informative and entertaining training sessions utilising a variety of techniques, including online learning, workshops, and in-person instruction.
• Tailor training sessions to the various roles and learning types of your staff.
• Remain informed about market movements, industry trends, and regulatory issues pertaining to the mutual fund sector.
• Ensure that training materials provide the most recent knowledge on investing techniques, mutual fund products, and compliance specifications.
• Put an emphasis on acquiring the transferable skillscommunication, customer relationship management, and sales tacticsneeded for positions in the mutual fund sector.
• Customise training initiatives to fill in employees’ recognised skill shortages.
• Assist with new hires’ onboarding by giving them a thorough overview of the mutual fund company’s policies, practices, and culture.
• Provide staff members with training on mutual fund products, investing techniques, market trends, and legal requirements.
• Offer comprehensive instruction on portfolio creation, risk management, asset allocation, and fund kinds.
• Determine the efficacy of training initiatives by means of participant feedback, performance evaluations, and knowledge assessments.

Job Requirement:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, education, or a similar discipline. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications could be useful.
• A wealth of expertise in the mutual fund sector combined with in-depth knowledge of the business’s operations, compliance, and products.
• Track record of creating and implementing successful training initiatives.
• Excellent presenting and communication abilities.
• Capacity to modify training materials for various audiences and learning preferences.
• Knowledge of instructional design techniques and adult learning principles.
• Outstanding planning and scheduling abilities
