Role Description

A reputed pre-school in the Kumarapark / Seshadripuram area of Bangalore is hiring a Pre-School Teacher for a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a nurturing, engaging, and development-focused learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities

• Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and language development

• Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment

• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership

Qualifications

• Graduation required

• NTT, Montessori, or Early Childhood Education certification preferred

• Prior experience as a Pre-School Teacher preferred

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Passion for working with young children

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
