About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working with young children and capable of creating a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment that supports holistic child development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Use creative teaching methods including storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student growth and classroom activities.
- Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and discipline.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, NTT, or related field
✔ Prior teaching experience in pre-primary/early years preferred
✔ Excellent communication and classroom management skills
✔ Patience, creativity, and passion for working with children
✔ Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
