ob Summary: The Pre-Primary Coordinator will lead and manage the pre-primary section of the school, ensuring high-quality early childhood education. This role involves curriculum planning, teacher supervision, and creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children aged 3–6 years.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the pre-primary section.
Implement and monitor age-appropriate curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Guide, mentor, and supervise pre-primary teaching staff.
Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Foster positive relationships with parents and organize regular parent-teacher interactions.
Coordinate classroom activities, special events, and co-curricular programs.
Monitor and assess student progress and developmental milestones.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, attendance, and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, B.ED, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2–5 years of experience in pre-primary education, with some experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, teaching strategies, and curriculum design.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Montessori, Play-way, or other progressive early learning methods.
Ability to conduct teacher training and workshops.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
