The incumbent is responsible to contribute to various Education Research and tool development programs at Prayoga

Key Responsibilities

• responsible to work alongside the education research team
• actively participate and interact with the implementation team working towards achieving research objectives
• Identify relevant tools in the field of education research and contribute in the development/ testing of the same
• provide support in the areas of research, data analysis and reporting

Qualification

• A graduate/master degree in science. Master degree in Education (M.Ed) desired
• Ph.D in Education preferred
• Basics of statistics and use of SPSS tool or any equivalent statistical tools

Minimum Requirements

• teaching experience of 5-7 years
• readiness to develop deeper insights into the Education domain
• acumen for educational research, adaptability to new ideas and areas of study
• willingness to learn and contribute
• understanding of education psychology
• willingness to work in teams
• good hands-on experience in statistics is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
