    • Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce college policies and procedures.
    • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including admissions, registrar, and student services.
    • Compliance: Ensure the institution meets all regulatory and accreditation standards.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the board on the colleges performance and progress.
    • Staff Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and retention of faculty and staff.
    • Performance Evaluation: Implement performance evaluation systems for faculty and staff.
    • Professional Development: Encourage and support ongoing professional development.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans.
  • Crisis Communication: Communicate effectively during crises to manage and mitigate impact.
