- Develop and design curriculum content for financial literacy courses, including learning flow, interactives and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for adult learners.
- Continuously review and evaluate curriculum content to ensure it aligns with the latest industry standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation, such as course syllabi and instructor guides, to support the implementation of the curriculum
Requirements
- Any UG/PG degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field would be beneficial)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience developing curriculum content in the field of financial literacy.
- Strong understanding of financial literacy concepts and the ability to explain them in clear bite-size chunks.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and experience utilizing various teaching and learning strategies.
- Experience with curriculum development tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Instructional design certificate
- Knowledge in Storyboarding and publishing skills
- Advanced skill in MS Excel and Power point
- Design tools like Canva, Pixton, Figma, Adobe
