• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the subject matter – Business finance, Personal finance, Investments, Insurance & Loan products.
• Display a passion for explaining financial literacy terms in simple words.
• Develop and design curriculum content for financial literacy courses, including learning flow, interactives, and follow-up activities for adult learners.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Any UG/PG degree (Commerce, Finance, Economics would be beneficial)
• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience developing content in the field of financial literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
