Executive Roles and Responsibilities

1) Excellent Communication – verbal.

2) Making calls to the customer to fix an appointment for a Business Development Manager to connect and explain the services offered.

3) Once the lead is qualified defined process is to ensure every qualified lead is aggressively followed by BDE/BDM.

4) Guiding and explaining product & services to the customers.

5) Keep accurate records of calls & conversions.

6) Work with the Sales team for Client appointments & achieve conversion.

7) Doing strong follow-ups with the clients.

8) To achieve all targets from the Pre-sales

9) Maintaining data tracker in excel sheet.
