Responsibilities: Children educated through Experiential Education are more caring, more imaginative and more creative. They form deep connections with each other, and with the world around them.
As a Homeroom Teacher for Pre-primary children (3 & 4 year olds), your primary responsibility will be to facilitate their learning, through music, dance, theater, stories, art and exploration. You will help in creating an Experiential Curriculum and an Experiential-Activities Database.
You will also get to work on the revolutionary Wooden Block Building program, which is an integral part of the Nursery & KG1.
Additional responsibilities include:

• Developing strong one-to-one relations with students and parents
• Creating monthly kits for students
• Maintaining observational records of every child
• Detailed documentation of daily practices.
• Preparation of materials and setting up of play areas
• Publishing your work
• Participating in parent outreach / marketing initiatives
• Admissions counselling

Prerequisites

• Prior Experience of at least two years in teaching pre-primary children
• Excellent oral & written English
• Love for learning and research
• Ability to work in teams
• Humility

Important Points:

• Willing to commute to or relocate to Bhiwandi.
