Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manpower Planning
• End to End Recruitment of Teaching and Non-Teaching positions
• Handle Job Portals
• Recruitment Operations
• Onboarding
• Offers and Negotiation
• Interviews Management
• Co-ordinate with Internal School stakeholders as an HR Support for Recruitment
• Walk-ins Management
• Candidate Database Management
• HRMS, MIS, Reporting etc
• Assist Manager, Department and Organization in executing Recruitment assignments
• Networking with Colleges and Universities’/Teacher Training Centres – Campus Recruitment
• Reports to DGM HR.
• Need based travel within Mumbai’s assigned locations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum Graduate. Preferably with a Diploma or Degree in HR
• 2-5 yrs of experience in Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Onboarding etc
• Good in Communication and working knowledge of Job portals
• Open to join in short notice
