Job Title: Social Science Teacher

Location: Hinganghat Maharashtra

Qualification: BA, B.Ed

Salary: 20000/- to 40000/- PM

Experience: 3 to 4 years as SST

School: State board Day school

Job Duties:

• Monitoring progress and discipline, and keeping parents and school counselors informed of learners who need extra support.
• Establishing classroom and debating rules, and ensuring all students obey these rules.
• Requesting appropriate textbooks and learning aids.
• Organizing field trips and ensuring permission slips are handed out and signed in a timely manner.
• Participating in school events and acting as a chaperone when required.
• Attending meetings, staff training, conferences, and other ongoing learning programs.
• Informing students of learning opportunities and preparing them for formal debates and other events.
• Teaches courses in social studies, history, geography, American government, political science, or humanities to secondary pupils, utilizing core curriculum and other appropriate learning activities approved by the Board of Education.
• Create instructional resources for use in the classroom.
• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities.
• Create positive educational climate for students to learn in.
• Meet course and school-wide student performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions.
• Create lesson plans and modify accordingly throughout the year.
• Maintain grade books.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
