Purpose/Function of the role:

• This position will be responsible for driving 3rd party Manufacturing operations for Pureplay.
• The incumbent will be coordinating with 3rd party manufacturers for sharing and execution of Production plan of full catalogue and ensuring timely deliveries to ensure zero stock out situations, working closely with Raw material suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Ensuring material availability as per the norms at mother warehouse location on time.
• Supplier performance evaluation and ensuring OTIF performance.
• Responsible for net realization of the production plan and meeting all KPI’s.
• Tracking the aging of stocks at manufacturers end and creating visibility for management.
• Ensuring 3PM’s are placing order for RM/PM as per the agreed norms.
• Driving stock Quality and Vigilant on slow moving and potential obsolete raw materials and packing materials and driving different stake holders for liquidation.
• Working on monthly production plan for feasibility and manufacturing and filling saturation. Raising alerts for de-saturation.

Essential/preferred attributes

1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing set-up , preferably in a FMCG set-up.
2. Experience in Cosmetics and beauty industry will be an added advantage.
3. Must be familiar with SAP and SaaS based portals transactions.
4. Must have logical reasoning and aptitude. Should have traits of ownership and go beyond attitude.
5. Well versed in Data handling (SAP, MIS, Excel, Dashboards). Should be good in numbers and excel skills.
6. Good negotiation and influencing skills, so as to get the job done with both internal as well as external stakeholders.
7. Excellent Cross functional team working skills.

Education required:

1. Preferable B.E./B.Tech or any science graduate is a must. MBA will be a plus.
