Role & responsibilities

• Taking doubt classes for students.
• Developing study material for Engineering entrance exams.
• Reviewing already created study material for further improvement and enhancement.
• Developing questions for the purpose of Assignments, Practice Questions, Test Papers, Daily Practice Worksheets, etc.
• Conducting extra classes when required to help weak students.
• Complete the entire syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction of students, parents, and the management.
• Maintain a cohesive, non-political, and transparent atmosphere in the staff room/organization.
• Keep upgrading the knowledge base by studying new and revised books on the subject.
• Participate and contribute to all the events, activities, and initiatives organized by the management/head office.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have taught Math or Physics as a subject in Coaching Centres
• Must be M. Tech / M.Sc / B. Sc / B. Tech from IITs / NITs / Good Universities / Colleges, looking for opportunities in the highly attractive competitive IIT- JEE training field.
• Experienced IIT / NIT / Top University professors/ teachers who aspire to spread their vast knowledge to NEET & JEE (Main Advanced) aspirants.
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in teaching for IIT- JEE & CBSE courses.
• Commitment to personal care of each individual student.
• Good command on subject and a high level of recognition and acceptance among the students.
• Excellent English communication skills with passion for work and ability to develop maintain effective working relationships.
