We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor / study abroad advisor. The desired candidate should be able to manage different kind of responsibilities including identifying the interests and strengths of clients/students, guide them to the right course, coordinate with students/parents throughout the admission and visa process etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in overseas education counselling (freshers can also apply)
• Knowledge of psychological assessments and practice
• Good Counselling skills and knowledge
• Superior communication skills
• Research skills
• Ability to empathise with a wide range of people
• Listening skills
• Capacity for handling workload at peak times

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Advise and guide clients in determining their interests and abilities
• Help students craft a long-term plan for their career objectives.
• Curate content related to careers and other industries.
• Involved in various research / collating education-related information.
• Creating presentations/ designing reports on various topics.
• Involved in Market research.
• Provide career counselling sessions with students and parents.
• Develop positive working relationships with faculty, administration, and co-workers to achieve desired goals.
• Research and analyse current employment trends in various industries.
• Ability to handle multiple roles

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
