Eligibility Criteria:- Willing to work 6 days a week- Willing to work in a Series A startup and build everything from scratch- MUST HAVE 7-10 years of prior experience in a data-focused role at a consumer internet or a consulting firm- MUST HAVE excellent analytical abilities- Relocatable/Working out of GurgaonRoles and Responsibilities/Mission Statement:The Associate Director, Business Analysis & Strategy will be the sole custodian of the entire data management, reporting and analytics and will be the source of company-wide intelligence. The incumbent will play a critical role in building a world class Business analysis and Strategy team to gather business insights to drive operational and financial efficiency. The responsibilities would includeReporting and Analysis1) Creating a robust Sales MIS2) Tracking key metrics of the company3) Reporting key metrics on a daily basis4) Sales incentive and teacher payout calculation5) Marketing Campaign analysisBusiness Intelligence1) Tracking and analysing large volume of consumer data related to customers and teachers2) Developing intelligence from data from various sources3) Working closely with sales, operations and marketing teams to build strategiesInvestor Presentations1) Create investor presentations on a monthly levelIdeal Candidate Profile — 7-10 years of experience in a data-intensive position at a consumer business or a tier 1 consulting firm- Exceptional analytical ability What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for – A keen desire to drive the Business Analytics function for a fast-growing Series A funded early-stage startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own the business analytics function and shape it independently like a Founder,
