PlanetSpark – Community Manager – Teacher Community
Eligibility Criteria :
– Willing to work 6 days a week
– Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build everything from scratch
– Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon
– Experience in Building Communities and driving engagement initiatives
Roles and Responsibilities/Mission Statement : The Teacher Community Manager would be the sole custodian of all teacher engagement activities to drive and engage the ever-growing community of teachers at PlanetSpark.
Outcomes Expected :
1. Community Engagement Events
– Conduct need-gap analysis and plan online events for the teachers
– Create the monthly event calendar
– Host events and drive participation
2. Rewards and Recognition
– Create a Reward and Recognition Programme for teachers
– Conduct recognition events
3. Teacher Profiles and Videos
– Create professional profiles for all teachers
– Get professional videos of teachers created
4. Teacher Communication
– Own all communication to be sent to teachers
Ideal Candidate Profile :
– 2-5 years of experience in community management or any people engagement role
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
– Highly creative bent of mind
– A hands-on approach with a strong execution mindset
