Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, industry mapping, manpower budgeting, team handling, and ATS implementation.

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Volume Hiring, and Recruiting skills
• Employer Branding and Interviewing skills
• Ability to develop and implement recruiting strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Experience in MIS
• Open to travel
• Recruitment preferably in BFSI and Financial Services.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources.
