Job Overview:

We require passionate and qualified Teachers/tutors for full-time and part-time positions at the higher secondary level. This role covers a variety of subjects, including Business, Computing, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Psychology, and Hospitality Management at our ECR, Muttukadu campus in Chennai. We seek candidates with a strong academic background (CGPA of 7 or above) who are dedicated to teaching students aged 17-19.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in your subject area to UK/Australian diploma students.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to help students achieve their educational goals.
• Design and assess assignments, projects, and exams in accordance with curriculum standards.
• Develop and deliver content in English, maintaining high standards of grammar and clarity.
• Participate in professional development, including subsidized tuition for the TAFE NSW Australian Educational Certificate in Teaching and Assessment.
• Undergo on-the-job training to become a fully UK BTEC-qualified trainer.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
• For part-time roles, ensure availability to visit the campus at least twice a week for in-person sessions.

Qualifications:

• A subject-specific degree in a relevant field with a CGPA of 7 or above, plus a BEd or MEd degree.
• Excellent English language skills, with the ability to converse fluently with international partners, parents, and examiners, and to create content without grammatical errors.
• A genuine passion for teaching and a strong interest in working with students aged 17-19.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and undergo training in teaching and assessment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience (optional).
• A willingness to learn and deliver international programs and vocational education.
