We are looking for a female admission counsellor with a proven experience of at least 2-3 years possessing strong communication skills with the ability to convince the customer to purchase the service (Course) we have to offer. Counsellor needs to handle student walk ins at the centre & must be able to achieve revenue targets for the centre. This is a critical role within the organization and we are looking for purely passionate experienced admission counsellor to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Must be able to sell the course to the prospective leads & maintain consistent follow ups through (calls/mails/walk in visits)
• Guide them on the best program for them and accordingly explain the benefits of the course when compared to our competition.
• Support the students throughout the admission process by answering to their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
• Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.·

• Develop positive working relationships with faculty, administration, and co-workers to achieve desired goals.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS;

• Ability to call prospective students very efficiently from the provided database.
• Conduct one on one counselling sessions at the institution with parents & students.
• Competitive strength to steal the leads from our competitor.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, and ability to push the customer to enrol for the course.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in Sales.
• Confident and pleasant personality.
• Well-organized.
• Ability to work with targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
