Design, develop & conduct Soft Skill Training of students for placement.
Provide Feedback & Coaching.
Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts, to coordinate training initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of training activities.
Required Candidate profile
Excellent communication & presentation skills,
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to build rapport & trust with Students.
Thorough understanding of soft skills concepts, theories & best practices.
