Job Title: Daycare Teacher

Location: Sector 57, Gurugram

Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Daycare Teachers. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience who are eager to embark on a fulfilling career in early childhood education. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

– Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum for children aged [6 months to 6 yrs].

– Organize and supervise events, classes and summer camps.

– Utilize basic computer skills to update documents, manage schedules.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development, Early Childhood Education, or a

related field .

– Diploma or PG Diploma in Pre Primary Teacher qualification preferred.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Basic proficiency in using computer software such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and

other educational tools.

– Flexibility, creativity, and a positive attitude towards learning and growth.

Requirements:

– Comfortable working on Sundays, 1 weekday off will be provided.

– Timings 11:00 am to 8:30 pm.

-Design and follow a full schedule of activities and discover suitable teaching material

-Provide basic care and caregiving activities

-Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) to enhance the childs abilities

-Evaluate childrens performance to make sure they are on the right learning track

-Remain in constant communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children

-Observe childrens interactions and promote the spirit of concord

-Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action

-Collaborate with other colleagues

-Adhere with teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources
