Responsibilities

• Partner with business liaisons and lead technical teams to understand and define system goals and technical system requirements

• Create technical specifications and processes using structured analysis and data modeling techniques (e.g. activity diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams)

• Partner with designers to build system functionality and quality attributes

• Assist technical groups in revising logic for performance efficiency

• Build and leverage automation to decrease overall system deployment and support cycle time

• Participate in system and user acceptance testing efforts

• Build standards, processes and procedures, and guidelines for business liaisons and software developers

• Assist business to evaluate cost-benefit and ROI analyses

• Understand system interdependencies and collaborate with project teams accordingly

Project Management

• Define and create project plans for project

• Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects

• Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered

• Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company

• Continually update relevant stakeholder of project status

Technical Lead Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Exposure to the Microsoft and SAP technology landscape, in particular integration middle-ware platforms such as Azure API management / data factory and SAP PO

• Experience in leading development teams on the Java, Sharepoint or Microsoft .Net stacks

• Relevant Management certification may be required.

• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Willingness to explore new technologies/platforms.

• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

Education – B.E , MCA + MBA preferred
