Job Description

Market Development:

• Ensure implementation of all Market Development Plans / Modules
• Responsible for infrastructure / logistics requirements for effective implementation
• Provide insights on the effectiveness of current field marketing modules & implementation of corrective actions.
• Driving key user & influencer connect

Engage End Users:

• Implement training programs for skill development.
• Ensuring proper implementation & feedback of loyalty programs.
• Ensure generation of database of users/influencers

Effective implementation of modules related to New Products:

• Ensuring pre-launch promotional activities in conjunction with HO team
• Provide inputs on ‘Post Launch Activities’ / marketing strategy to Category team
• Co-ordinate with external promotion agency & the Category team on implementation, progress & review on establishing marketing objectives for the product

Market Feedback:

• Responsible for providing timely & meaningful feedbacks on various initiatives
• Responsibility for accomplishing market research projects

People Management:

• Ensure induction for new joiners and current team members on new modules
• Conduct reviews of the team, track performances against identified key indicators
• Provide guidance, support & on the job training as per the training needs of the team
• Drive team Score Cards

Technical Reports

• Provide on demand service for preparing technical reports for sites relating to new construction/renovation.
• Prepare the technical report based on site inspection by TE/ASI for the successful closure of customer complaints.
