Job Description :

Content Designing and Implementation

– Tapping content trends from national and international markets

– Idealization as per the brief/ Development of new techniques using the product

– Sketching the project

– Briefing the content development manager

– Monitoring of the production of the content – 22 DIYs and 15 reels per month for SM channels and topical content basis focus products for Field Marketing

– Ensuring adequate content production as per the recommended format – Reels, Videos, DIY static, Photography

– Maintaining a Digital Repository of all the images and recipes

Workshops and Consumer Connects

– Conduct fortnightly LIVE workshops to introduce new techniques on digital handles

– Technique based training to FCPs for new techniques or product launch

– Internal connect with FCS and FCPs to understand their requirement for workshop content. Train the specialists on the new trends, techniques and product usage. Advise them on other related queries

Work With the Marketing Team On Innovation

– Hobby/ Art Trend analysis

– Mapping international and national hobby trends

– Triangulation of the trends, and report sharing

– Product Testing and Benchmarking

– Formulation of questionnaire and profiling of the respondents for the research.

– Recommend improvements during NPD from the consumers’ perspective.

Work Requirements:

Candidates need to be from a design background, preferably from NIIT, with experience in design techniques, arts and crafts, and art forms around the world and India.

Will be working as an Individual Contributor, however guiding a team of 7-8 artists/teachers/designers who will create the articles.

Good understanding of products trending in the market, art and craft designing, market analysis on different types of art forms, and coming up with new innovative ideas.

Will work with the marketing team on new product launches.

Working with a large team to meet the digital requirements.

Managing the art workshops and training the new network of artists.
