Role Summary: As a Class Incharge, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the order and efficiency of the classroom, ensuring that all students are accounted for and that class-related tasks are managed effectively. Your role will be instrumental in creating a conducive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately record daily attendance of students, manage attendance records, and report any attendance issues to the relevant authorities.

Assist with the preparation and management of classroom materials, records, and reports.

Ensuring before 30 mins starting the class the audio and video of the screen is well tested (Digitally check)

Basic Video Editing (In case of sound issue & unwanted parts of lecture)

Video with ClassNotes Uploading on Gdrive for uploading on APP after cross checking all the lectures.

Always available over call for coordinate with Floor Incharge & Batch Manager (in case there is any major issue then. Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure smooth operation of class activities.

Support in test invigilation for both online and offline mode as per the admin requirement

Faculty training of smart board/PPT

Monitor student behavior and attendance patterns, providing support and guidance as needed. Report any concerns or issues to the appropriate staff. Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of responsibility and attention to detail. Familiarity with educational software and classroom technology is a plus.
