Roles & Responsibilities:Teach Physics to senior secondary students as per CBSE curriculum guidelines.Prepare lesson plans, practical demonstrations, assignments, and assessments.Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure proper handling of lab equipment and safety measures.Develop conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills among students.Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams.Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and regular assessments.Maintain discipline and create an engaging classroom learning environment.Participate in academic planning, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school activities.Use smart classroom tools and innovative teaching methodologies for effective learning.Maintain academic records, attendance, and progress reports of students.Eligibility Criteria:Master’s Degree in Physics or related field.B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and practical applications of Physics.Excellent communication and classroom management skills.Skills Required:Strong subject knowledge in PhysicsPractical and analytical teaching approachEffective communication and presentation skillsClassroom and laboratory managementComputer and smart classroom proficiencySalary:Best in industry, based on qualifications and experience.
