Roles and Responsibilities
1. Delivering high-quality classroom instruction to students of WB Board.
2. Preparing and delivering lectures, conducting classroom discussions, and administering assessments.
3. Creating and implementing effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
4. Providing individual attention and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
5. Developing and maintaining a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
6. Keep upgrading the knowledge base by studying new and revised books on the subject
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Master / Bachelor in Physics (MSc / BSc)
2. A strong command over the subject matter
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Passion for teaching and mentoring students
5. Knowledge of West Bengal board patterns and syllabus
