Role Description
This is a full-time Technical Support Engineer role, located in Gurugram with some flexibility for remote work. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing analytical support, and delivering excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CNA/CCNA certifications or equivalent
