Role Description:

This is a full-time Regional Sales Head- Govt relations role located in Gurugram. You will be responsible for driving sales through effective client relationship management, account management, and business development. You will be responsible for generating leads and identifying new business opportunities, as well as building strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders at government organizations. As Regional Sales Head, you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and developing and implementing solutions that meet the customer’s needs.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development roles, preferably in the government sector
• Proven experience in effectively building and managing relationships with government clients
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership ability and experience managing a high-performance sales team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively convey complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Willing to travel as required
