Role Description
This is a remote, freelance contract role for a Public Speaking Expert, catering to both grownup students and younger children. Responsibilities include designing and delivering public speaking lessons, coaching students to enhance verbal communication and presentation skills, and providing constructive feedback for skill improvement. Additional tasks include creating engaging content tailored for different age groups and maintaining a supportive learning environment to encourage confidence and growth in participants.
Qualifications
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
- Experience in teaching or coaching public speaking to both adults and children
- Ability to design and deliver age-appropriate, interactive, and engaging lesson plans
- Proficiency in providing thoughtful, constructive feedback to improve communication skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Technical proficiency to conduct virtual sessions and manage online tools effectively
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills while working independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Performing Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
