Device: Laptop (Mandatory)

Qualification:

Teaching experience using Laptop is mandatory

Mandatory Languages Known: English (Native/Bilingual Proficiency),Hindi(Good to know)

Employment Type: Part Time Contract (3-4 hrs a day, 60-100 hrs a month)

Phonics Educator (English):

• Letter sounds (42 sounds),Blending & segmenting
• CVC & CCVC words,Digraphs & trigraphs
• Magic E / alternative sounds
• Use stories, actions, songs, and visuals to reinforce learning
• Help children improve reading fluency, spelling, and pronunciation
• Provide regular feedback on student progress
• Follow Klariti’s structured phonics curriculum and lesson plans
• Communicate with parents/admin when required

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree (Education / English / Communication preferred)

Experience teaching public speaking, communication skills or drama to children

Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation

Ability to explain concepts in a simple, age-appropriate manner

Comfortable conducting live online sessions (Zoom / Google Meet)

Patient, energetic and encouraging personality
