Responsibilities

• Delivering content for the K-10 segment (Grades 4 10) in science, math, or 11th-12th segment (JEE/NEET) in physics, chemistry, math, and biology subjects
• Mentoring and managing a team of creators to develop content to meet quality standards
• Come out with creative ways to teach concepts and solve questions on-screen to enhance the overall learning outcome of a child
• Conducting research to ensure content is delivered in its most effective form
• Conceptualizing and taking ownership of deliverables from ideation to execution.

Requirements

Must have

• Bachelors or an equivalent degree
• Work experience of 1+ years or its equivalent, preferably in a teaching role
• Deep knowledge of school-level (Grades 4 10) Math, Science, OR 11th-12th (JEE/NEET) level Physics, Chemistry, Math and Biology content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A penchant for learning and growing, the knack to thrive in a fast and furious, ever-changing, and cross-functional environment
• Capable of quickly adapting to the changing needs of the project

Good to have

• Prior experience in developing content / curriculums for 4th -10th or 11th-12th grades

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace ,
