JOB TITLE: Robotics STEM Trainer / Teacher

JOB SUMMARY

 • We seek an energetic, organized, creative and enthusiastic teacher of robotics.  

• Incorporate hands-on learning experiences, projects, and challenges to enhance student engagement and understanding.  
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and classes on AI and robotics for students in schools, colleges, and community centers. 

 • Foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills through interactive and collaborative learning experiences.  

• Mentor and coach students to develop their technical skills, confidence, and passion for STEM fields. 

 • Collaborate with schools, educational institutions, and community organizations to promote PHN Techno STEM Lab education and awareness. 

 • Participate in outreach activities, events, and competitions to showcase student achievements and foster interest in AI and robotics.  

• Provide guidance and support to students as they explore concepts, build projects, and solve problems using AI and robotics technologies.  

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills. 

 • Fluency in English is a must. Can speak Hindi and English. 

 • Flexibility to work occasional weekends for robotics events. 

 • High degree of competence with contemporary educational technologies 

.• Demonstrated character and ability to serve as a mentor and role model for students. 

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Masters / Bachelor’s’ Degree required in STEM fields (E & TC, CSE, IT and Mechatronics) Strong familiarity with at least one programming language (C, Python, C++, or Embedded C) Preferred: E & TC background with excellent electronics knowledge. 

Preferred: Teaching / Training experience.  

Generally, office timings will be 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM, sometimes it will be changed depending on allotted school timing.
