We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and a demonstrated ability to prepare students for excellence in CBSE Board examinations. They should be bold, dynamic, and committed to fostering a love for literature and language in students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English language and literature to middle and secondary school students.
- Develop innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE Board exams through effective teaching and mentoring.
- Establish an English-speaking environment that encourages confidence in communication.
- Implement modern technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school management, and parents to ensure the holistic development of students.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s Degree in English with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of students achieving excellent results in Board examinations.
- Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in grammar, literature, and creative writing.
- Experienced in applying innovative teaching methodologies.
- Strong classroom management skills with an energetic and motivating presence.
- Adept at using educational technology and digital platforms.
