Hiring Academic Counsellor / Education Counsellor for one of the leading Computer Institutes all over Mumbai.

Location: Dadar

Experience: 2 to 5yrs

Job description

– Candidates should possess strong communication and convincing skills to convert the inquiries /leads to admissions.

– Counselling prospective students/inquiries for relevant courses and creating walk-ins to the center.

– Calling on the leads generated and counsel them for relevant courses of the institute.

– Counsel the walk inquiries for admissions

– Selling IT Programs Digital Marketing Courses, Accounts & Taxation Courses, Programming Courses, Graphic Designing Courses, Tally Courses & many more

– Generate new references from students.

– Maintaining MIS of all the Data, Leads, Inquiry, and Enrolled candidates in the respective format and or the relevant software.

– Ensure the profitability of the center & achievement of sales and delivery targets.

– Responsible for the collection of fees on a timely basis and ensuring zero outstanding

– Coordinate with respective persons and ensure smooth day-to-day operations/sales-related activities.

Required Candidate profile

• Should have a pleasing personality with convincing skills for selling profile.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
• Should be target oriented, sales-oriented, and service-oriented
• Should have powerful convincing skills
• Education Industry (Computer Institute) work experience is a must.

Preferred: Experience in the education sector/segment will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
