Job Duties:-
Training Program Development: Design and develop sales training programs and materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and training manuals. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual sales training sessions for new hires and existing sales team members. Adapt training methods to accommodate various learning styles and preferences.
Sales Skills Enhancement: Teach sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection-handling skills to improve sales performance. Provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives to help them refine their selling abilities.
Sales Process Improvement: Ensure that the sales team follows a standardized sales process, and refine it as needed to align with best practices. Integrate new sales methodologies and technologies into training programs.
Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments and quizzes to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Analyze training outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve training content and delivery.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and performance evaluations. Prepare and present training reports to management as required.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective.
Desired Profile:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Education, or a related field
- Male candidates preferred
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a senior sales role.
- Prior experience as a sales trainer or in a training and development role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and methodologies.
