Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in creating engaging and educational video instructions for Montessori STEM activities

2. Collaborate with the instructional team to develop and produce high-quality video content

3. Support the editing and post-production processes to ensure the smooth delivery of video instructions

Skills & Requirements:

1. Passion for working in Montessori STEM

2. Familiarity with Montessori principles and philosophy is highly desirable

3. Knowledge of age-appropriate STEM concepts and the ability to translate them into engaging activities for young children

4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and connect with children

5. Strong organizational skills to maintain and manage Montessori materials and toys

6. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

7. Patience, empathy, and understanding of child development principles
