Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and select age-appropriate Montessori baby toys
2. Create a safe and nurturing environment
3. Promote independence and self-discovery
4. Educate parents on the importance of Montessori baby toys
5. Communicate with parents and build positive relationships with parents
6. conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
7. Encourage babies to develop their fine motor skills and sensory exploration through the use of Montessori toys
8. Develop and deliver lesson plans
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation
10. Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze training metrics and feedback
