The Learning OperationsTeam is a strategic partner across the global learning function for PepsiCo. We are responsible for providing learning leaders, sponsors and employees with insights and tools to enhance the learner experience. The Global Learning Service Delivery Analyst will be responsible for ongoing design, configuration, testing and deployment of end user training across our global LMS (SuccessFactors) and Learner Experience Platform (Degreed). The role will contribute to ongoing system improvements, coordinating resolution of system issues, and assisting Global Tier 2 support with troubleshooting issues in accessing learning resources.
Deliver identified end to end, centralized and standardized learning processes for work locations across PepsiCo and run processes on global technology platforms (EC, myPnD, myL)
Major Responsibilities include:
The role will focus on delivering on customer quality standards through delivering high quality and efficient transactions and customer interactions. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Learning processes and global TM/Digital systems; process subject matter expertise as well as partnership within PepsiCo with market TM teams.
Responsibilities
Ensure a consistent service delivery of Learning services to markets.
Support in implementing process improvements.
Work with L&D teams across different geographies in delivering Learning services.
Work with project managers to upload course content, manage course enrollment groups, track attendance and develop training reports.
Learning Calendar Upload and Catalog Maintenance
Learning gatekeeper to compile learning calendars for all markets.
Receive requests for learning catalog updates.
Manage Change in Dates/ plans in the LMS.
Conduct periodic review and audit of the learning catalogue.
Manage learning resources such as multimedia storage, course materials, backing, retrieving and set up processes.
Support Learning designers and instructional technologists with system requirements regarding functionality and limitations.
Learning Communication – Send out Communication to Target population as per the scope (DL Groups)
Training Registration:
Add nominees received to LMS learning link and send invites through the system/manually.
Send reminders to nominees for registration.
Compile finalised list of attendees and share with trainer/ learning lead. Manage new invitees and drop outs in system.
Recording Learning Credits: Update attendance on LMS for classroom training/ virtual sessions like Learn Together. Sometimes functional training requests also come.
Training Feedback administration, analytics and reporting:
Send feedback survey/ link to training attendees directly or learning team to adminster on day of training.
Analyse feedback for the course and share with market learning leads.
Reporting & Analytics:Training Need Analytics:
Pull reports from LMS and Degreed as requested/required
Prepare reports on pre-defined criteria & share with respective stakeholders for markets using LMS.
Other Learning Activities:
Online Training Content Update: Fill the learning content update form and share alongwith material for upload
Manage and Update repository of PepsiCo learning programs
Receive, respond to, and investigate employee and HR staff queries regarding various LMS related questions
Qualifications
2 years of demonstrated experience working with Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
4-6 years of general professional experience in Talent Management/Learning Management/L & D administration role
Experience of working across a sector/ different countries would be preferable
University degree
