Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions
• Cold calling
• Ensure all the recruitment in accordance with recruitment policy.
• Involved in end to end selection procedure.
• Negotiation with the selected candidates on the Salary.
• Must have excellent communication skills. Negotiation with the selected candidates on the Salary.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Report & Data Management
• Revenue Generation & Targets

Experience Required – BPO Recruitment or HR Internship Experience

Perks and Benefits Our compensation includes Monthly Fixed Salary + Incentive which are quarterly in nature. And Medical health insurance as well. There is no cap on earnings from incentives, which are paid quarterly on target achievement.
