Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and articulate female candidates for cum sales profiles for our online teachers’ training segment. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling inbound in-situ, telephonic, e-mail & social media-based queries of potential customers.
• Resolve issues in conjunction with the operations team.
• Enable conversion of inbound potential customers.
• Undertake outbound campaigns through mass-mailing, call-back & follow-ups.
• Maintain relevant databases and generate MIS as required for analysis.
• Initiating & managing communications with Corporate HRs towards generating new business.
• Managing communications and sales with schools.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & Marathi.
• Ability to listen, empathize and analyze.
• Good problem-solving and ‘people’ skills.
• Enthusiasm to achieve the organization’s targets.
• Ability to thoroughly understand the brand, its product & services.
• Previous experience in a BPO / KPO / Customer Service / Sales role will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
