What you’ll do
As part of our global HR Country Care organization, you will be looking after deploying our HR service offerings in India, providing the best-in-class experience to our employees. You will be both a thought leader and operational driver to introduce new, leading-edge capability meant to make each employee’s experience easier and eliminate barriers to productivity. This includes managing our HR portfolio at scale, driving process improvement align to the experience and the execution of high touch services locally. You’ll translate the global Pearson people priorities into something successfully ‘glocalised.’

You will partner with HR Business Partners of business division, Centers of Excellence, shared services (“Pearson People Services”), Payroll, Solutions (IT), and Finance, to keep Pearson competitive and compliant. You’ll be the leader for India within the global Country Care organization. Your peers lead Country Care activities all around the globe. You’ll report to the director of Country Care APAC.
