What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging Chinese language lessons in kindergartens, primary schools, and international schools.
- Create an immersive and enjoyable learning environment that inspires young learners.
- Communicate regularly with schools and parents to provide student progress updates.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and teacher training programmes.
- Apply hihilulu’s innovative curriculum and Snowball Teaching Method to deliver high-quality lessons.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated educators who are passionate about inspiring children and promoting Chinese language and culture around the world.
Essential Requirements
- Legal residency and valid work authorisation for the country and city where you are applying.
- Conversational Mandarin Chinese proficiency or above, with the ability to teach and communicate confidently in Chinese.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Chinese Language, Chinese Education, Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (TCFL/TCSOL), Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Confidence in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- A positive attitude, growth mindset, and willingness to embrace innovative teaching methods.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- Available to start immediately and participate in our mandatory part-time teacher training programme prior to commencing teaching duties.
