Position: Assistant Professor/Lecturer at Parivarthana BSchool in the MCA/MBA Department

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and guide students in projects while assessing their performance.

2. Utilize effective teaching methodologies, instructional materials, and technology tools to enhance student learning.

3. Design and update course syllabi, learning objectives, and assessment methods to align with industry trends, academic standards, and student needs.

4. Provide guidance and mentorship to students on academic and career-related matters.

5. Assist students in selecting appropriate electives and internships.

6. Supervise and guide students in internship projects, dissertations, and practical assignments.

7. Maintain accurate records of grades and attendance.

8. Offer academic and personal support to students, addressing concerns and resolving issues.

9. Provide career guidance, internships, and job placement assistance.

10. Collaborate with colleagues, contribute to departmental activities, curriculum committees, and academic projects.

11. Participate in faculty meetings, contribute to decision-making processes, and engage in academic initiatives.

12. Contribute to the overall development and growth of Parivarthana BSchool.

13. Participate in accreditation processes, committees, and institutional events.
